RNLI lifeguards to hold free Surf Survival Clinic in Portrush

The RNLI is holding a free Surf Survival Clinic on Saturday 3 March 2012 at East Strand in Portrush. The clinic, which is being run by the charity’s lifeguards, is open to surfers of all abilities and is aimed at developing both knowledge and skills in Surf Safety. The charity’s new programme will show surfers how to develop their rescue techniques as well as learn how to help themselves and others if they get into trouble in the surf.
